1. What happened this week:

• I finished my second novel Ghosted

• my published book got a new cover

• why did it start raining as soon as I wanted to take the trash out?

I’ll leave you with some lines from my finished first draft “Ghosted”:

“Next week, you should bake cakes for Joe only. And decorate them with some smooth pick-up line, like, ‘Will you go out with me?’ Or something like that.”

“You think that’s smooth?” Grace rolled her eyes.

“How about ‘Nice arms, wanna show me your abs?’ That could work.”

“Yeah, it would work in getting me kicked out of class for being a sex pest.”
